Collections for items
Define fields such as location, condition, supplier, and warranty. Child ledgers let you split stock by room, kit, or storage bin.
Balances for quantities
Track restock levels or consumables with balance ledgers. Log deductions when items leave the shelf and credits when you restock.
Audit-ready exports
Generate CSV or NDJSON exports with stable IDs for insurance reviews or compliance checks.
Contextual attachments
Store receipts, manuals, or calibration reports alongside each entry. The append-only feed becomes your history log.
Set up an inventory workspace
- 1. Create a “Home Inventory” collection ledger with fields for Value, Condition, and Storage location.
- 2. Add child ledgers for Rooms, Gear Kits, or Pantry Zones to see roll-ups.
- 3. Enable reminders to review high-value items every quarter.
- 4. Share exports with insurance or maintenance partners as needed.
