Review the terms governing your use of the Anchorline platform.

Acceptance
By creating an Anchorline workspace or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for actions taken within your workspace by invited members.
- We may suspend access if we detect misuse, security issues, or legal risks.
Usage
- Do not use Anchorline to store unlawful content or to violate applicable regulations.
- You retain ownership of your ledger data. We only use it to provide the service.
- Feedback may be used to improve Anchorline without obligation to compensate you.
Payment
Paid plans require a valid payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from workspace settings. We may terminate access for material breach, failure to pay, or legal compliance. Upon termination, you may export your data subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers
Anchorline is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anchorline’s total liability arising from these Terms is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
